Terms of Service

Entity: Industrial Automation Training Services LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By enrolling in or attending any training course, program, or service offered by Industrial Automation Training Services LLC (the “Services”), you (“Participant,” “Client,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not participate in our Services.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• By enrolling, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

3. Scope of Services

We provide educational and training programs in industrial automation. Services may include:

• Individual Training: One-on-one or group instruction for private individuals.
• Corporate Training: Customized training programs for businesses, employers, or their designated employees.

4. Assumption of Risk

Our training may involve demonstrations, practice sessions, or exposure (direct or indirect) to:

• Electrically energized equipment
• Rotating or moving machinery
• Sharp tools or materials
• Debris, noise, or other industrial hazards

By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks associated with such activities. The Company is not responsible for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from these risks.

5. Safety Requirements

• Participants must follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by trainers.
• The Company reserves the right to remove any Participant who engages in unsafe or disruptive behavior.

6. Corporate Client Responsibilities

For corporate training, the Client (employer or contracting entity):

• Is responsible for ensuring their employees meet the eligibility requirements.
• Must provide a safe training environment if sessions are conducted at their facilities.
• Agrees to indemnify and hold the Company harmless for claims arising from conditions at the Client’s site.

7. Fees and Payment

• All fees are due as specified in the registration or corporate agreement.
• Payments are non-refundable except where required by Law or expressly stated in writing.
• If a refund is granted, third-party processing fees (payment processing fees) are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refunded amount.

8. Intellectual Property

• All course materials, documentation, and content are the exclusive property of the Company.
• Participants and Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or resell materials without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Law:

• The Company disclaims all warranties (express or implied).
• The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• In no event shall the Company’s total liability exceed the fees paid by the Participant or Client for the specific training session giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its owners, trainers, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your participation in the Services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Modifications

The Company may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
