Registration & Logistics

Seats are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of payment. After you register via our Online Booking Form, you receive a payment link, and once the payment is confirmed, you receive a seat confirmation with the venue details in the Welcome Pack. For Corporate, you can request a formal Proforma Invoice for bank transfers.

Registration typically closes 7 days prior to the workshop start date to allow us time to prep the hardware rigs and software licenses for each participant.

Yes! Register 60 days in advance for a 10% discount. Groups of 4 or more from the same company are also eligible for tiered pricing. Contact our Sales Team for a custom quote.

We offer refunds for cancellations made at least 21 days prior to the start date.

The refund amount excludes the payment processor fees and any third-party fees. For late cancellations, we typically offer a seat in a future session.
